Inspired by the Taycan, the 2024 Cayenne now features an abundance of digital screens. These include a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster, and an available 10.9-inch display passenger-side display. The previous gearshift lever has been replaced by a new gear selector switch, relocated to the top of the dashboard as opposed to the center console. While both models come equipped with a standard 3.0-liter turbocharged V6, the 2024 Cayenne boasts 348 horsepower and 368 lb-ft of torque – representing a 13-horsepower and 36-lb-ft increase over the 2023 Cayenne. Last year’s twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 has been dropped in favor of the popular twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that cranks out 468 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque under the hood of the new Cayenne S models. One similarity is the proven 8-speed automatic transmission found on both the 2023 and 2024 Cayenne.
