Awesome experience. I bought a 2023 Panamera despite living 250 miles away. I found it by accident while visiting Pittsburg. Bob McLaughlin was terrific when he sold it to me. In 5 months I had a minor issue with the finish and Duane Smith went out of his way to take care of every detail the next time I visited Pittsburgh and treated me like I was the most important customer on the planet.
